Gillian Welch whose music spans the country, folk, bluegrass, and Americana genres has been hugely influential to aspiring, emerging, and established female and LGTBQI+ artists locally. This tribute returns to The Gem for a second year after a hugely successful debut in 2023 as part of Leaps and Bounds. Led by Loretta Miller, fiery front woman of JAZZPARTY, this year's guest vocalists also include renowned local artists Freya J Hollick, Ruby Jones, Hana Brenecki, Hannah Crofts and more to be announced, joined by an all-star band featuring her sister Wynona Miller, Louie King (Dope Lemon), Esther Henderson and Joel Loukes ( Ruby Jones, Riley Catherall).
